Q. Do we charge commission?
A. We will not charge you commission should you sell your property as a result of advertising your property with moving made easy. We charge a one off fee at the time of you submitting your property details and images. For more information on our listing fees please click here.

Q. Can I edit my advertisement once I have submitted my details?
A. Yes. You will have the ability to manage your portfolio online.

Q. How soon does my advertisement appear on the website?
Your advertisment will appear online almost instantly.

Q. I am already using an Estate Agent.
A. Any contracts you have with Estate Agents will not be affected should you wish to advertise your property for sale privately with Moving Made Easy. Even if you have agreed to a sole agency you will not have to pay them commission should you find your buyer privately.

Q. How long will my details remain on the website?
A. Your property details will remain with Moving Made Easy for as long as you like in accordance with our pricing plans unless you request us to remove them because you have sold your property.

Q. How do potential buyers find my property?
A. Moving made Easy is easily accessible via all the main search engines, e.g. Google, Yahoo etc. We also spend a lot of time and effort making sure that our company name is well advertised (via radio, media etc)

Q. Are my personal details secure?
A. Moving Made Easy is registered under the Data Protection Act. We will not pass any of your personal details to any third parties.
